A Greek restaurant owner in Canada had his own system of accounting. He kept his account payable in a cigar box on the left-hand side of his cash register, his daily cash returns in the cash register, and his receipts for paid bills in another cigar box on the right. A truly “manual” system.

When his youngest sonĀ  graduated as an accountant, he was appalled by his father’s primitive methods. “I don”t know how you can run a business that way,” he said “How do you know what your profits are ?”

Most managers would probably agree that they spend a majority of their time communicating with peers, employees, suppliers, stockholders, customers, and various others. To be successful in business, you must be a good communicator. Some helpful rules of good communication include the following:

  • Have a clear idea of what you hope to accomplish from the communication and know what you want to say before you say it.
  • Remember that oral communication is more than just words. Your tone of voice, facial expressions, and gestures can say more than your words.
  • Keep your audience in mind by considering their needs and interests.
  • Always follow up to see that your message was understood.
  • Be a good listener by not interrupting, avoiding hasty judgments, asking questions, and paying attention.

To make yourselves always energetic, adhere the energetic / magic word at your favorite place, like bed room, living room, desk, or place where you are usually visit. This methods prevail by famous people too, such as Bill Gates, Stephen Covey, Andrew Matthews, Antony Robbins or Billy J.S. Lim.

That word procurable from motivation books or you can make by yourselves. Make it sort, easy to remember and easy to apprehensible. Like, ” Success is 1% talent, 99% diligence”, ” Don’t be afraid to fail, but it must be afraid if never to try”.

Advisable, change those word if you don’t feel the effect again. Don’t be lazy to change it. The benefits you get are more than the time that you spend.
